Prior to being hired, they undergo a thorough screening process where we assess their skills, their experience and their attitude – whether or not they are fit for a home health care setting.
Those accepted into our employee roster are sure to meet the state-set standards and our company standards in the delivery of home health care to clients. The screening process involves:
